AI Interviews
Unlike phone screening, an AI Interview needs proper rubric configuration, so it can't be set up directly from a job's Workflow. Go to AI Screening > AI Interviews (the tab next to AI Phone Screening) and select Create an AI Interview.
If you've already automated your AI Interviews, the candidate receives the interview link by email as soon as they reach the AI Interview stage. Otherwise, you can invite them manually via AI Screening > AI Interviews > Select AI Interview > Select and Invite Candidates.
Yes. Links are time-limited for security.
No. AI Interviews run directly in a web browser - candidates just need a stable internet connection and, depending on the interview type, a working camera and microphone.
Saina conducts an adaptive, two-way conversation, probing skills and past experience with follow-up questions, then scores responses and compiles a scorecard with supporting evidence.
You can view results in two places: from the candidate's profile, or via AI Screening > AI Interviews - choose the interview, open the candidate, and view their Feedback report.
Confirm the link hasn't expired, check they're using a supported browser, and verify their camera/microphone permissions are enabled. Regenerate a new link if needed.
